Eat less, eat better. You'll feel brilliant for it.

I'll be adding some core recipes over time once I get into it. For now:

Start your day with the breakfast smoothie.
Or, try a nice spinach smoothie.

Soup: spinach and watercress (a very green soup) 

Lunch: stir fried vegetables are very pleasant

Evening meal: sweet potato and pepper chilli is very nice

What is a healthy diet?

It varies for different people but the main idea is to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, lots of fibre (good for your gut colony), and keep it as fresh as you can.
