Apps

So I am a big believer in the use of technology to help people create a positive state of mind. We are reaching the point where our understanding of what makes people tick is quite well known and it's just a question of aggregating that into technology that people use - this is why we are seeing the proliferation of personal assistants. (Expect this technology to spread)

My apps are rather less sophisticated at the moment and a bit experimental. Here's the mission statement:

It's early days yet but there are more improvements in the pipeline - it can only get better.

Mindfulness

 Here's another app called "minpa", which is a mindfulness assistant. Once again, it's early days, but it contains all the instructions for the stages of anapanasati breathing meditation which I find quite helpful.
