Yoga

I've been doing yoga for many, many years and it really helps keep the body flexible. It doesn't have to be power yoga to make a difference. These days I do a lot of lying down yoga - it's brilliant and I can even have a sleep (corpse pose) in the middle of it.

I'll add some workout information here once I get round to it.

If you can't wait, here's some breathing exercises you might like to kick yourself off with - good breathing techniques can really make a difference.
